This is a small accessory for aircraft models in 1:32 scale, an antenna carried under the designation FuG 18 ZY. The abbreviation FuG belongs to German onboard radio equipment, the kind such antennas were fitted to. The exact extent of the set, that is, how many parts it holds and which machine it is intended for, is given in the manufacturer instructions.
The parts are not polystyrene, so an ordinary modeling cement for plastic does not belong on them; super glue will join them reliably. Cut the surplus material away with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the rest carefully, so that the mating surface stays flat. Wash and degrease the parts before painting, otherwise paint holds poorly on a smooth surface. The particular preparation procedure is given in the manufacturer instructions.
For builders in large scale who finish off the details a kit does not think of and want the equipment on the fuselage to read even from a distance. In 1:32 scale such a small thing is clearly visible and a finished model reads quite differently with it. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
