A resin set of landing gear wheels for the Soviet MiG-29 fighter in the 9-12 and the two-seat UB versions in 1:32 scale from ResKit. It is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory with which you replace the plastic wheels from the box with more faithful resin parts.
Resin wheels have sharper detail on the hubs, the valves and the tire tread than injection-molded parts, and they tend to be cast with the flattening caused by the weight of the aircraft, so the model sits naturally on its base. In the larger 1:32 scale the detail of the wheels stands out especially.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut them from the casting blocks and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the tires and the hubs separately before joining them.
This is a detail accessory for experienced modelers, not a model on its own. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
