7.5 cm KwK 40 shells with ammo boxes, 1:35 (MiniArt) is a detail set of ammunition for bringing the interiors and dioramas of German combat vehicles of the Second World War to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a detail add-on set in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. The set contains injection-molded plastic castings of 7.5 cm shells for the KwK 40 tank gun together with transport and ammunition boxes. It is not a standalone vehicle model but an accessory intended to enrich a scene.
The ammunition and the boxes suit open hulls, loading scenes, stores and figure scenes. The 7.5 cm KwK 40 round was carried by a number of German vehicles of the Second World War, for example the later versions of the Panzer IV, the StuG assault guns or tank destroyers, so the set has wide use.
The parts are hardened plastic and are glued with ordinary modeling cement for plastic. The brass cartridge cases come out well with a metallic shade and light polishing, while the wooden and sheet metal boxes benefit from a base coat, a rich filter and light chipping of the edges with a dry brush. Pigments complete the dust and mud.
This is an add-on set, not a standalone model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
