German 200 liter fuel drums (WWII, 1:35) is a plastic set of period drums from MiniArt for dioramas and supply scenes of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of a set of German two-hundred-liter fuel drums of the Second World War period, in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. The set contains several drums, each made up of a number of parts (the body, the ends, the caps), so that they look realistic from every side. They are not finished items: the drums are built and painted.
Steel 200 liter drums were the basic means of storing and transporting fuel, oil and other liquids in every army. At the front and in the rear they lay about at refueling points, on the beds of trucks and in field depots, often dented, rusted and marked with spilled fuel.
Join the parts with thin modeling cement and sand the seams of the body smooth. A trace of creasing and denting adds to the credibility. After a base coat, work with shades of metal, rust and faded paint; a wash and pigments will create the weathering, greasy stains and deposits of dust. Drums in various colors and states of wear bring any supply scene to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
