Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of six figures of German soldiers of the Afrikakorps in 1:35 scale from Hobby Boss. The figures wear the lighter tropical uniforms typical of desert warfare, and personal equipment and weapons go with them. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Deutsches Afrikakorps was the German expeditionary corps deployed in North Africa from 1941 to 1943 under the command of Erwin Rommel. There the soldiers faced British and Allied forces in demanding desert conditions, which the lighter tropical uniforms and the adapted equipment matched. The figures suit dioramas with desert vehicles.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and glue them with a thin cement for plastic. Faded desert uniforms come out well in light sand shades with fine highlighting of the folds and dust pigments on the boots and the lower areas. Use a fine brush on the faces.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
