German Soldiers at Work (RAD) Special Edition in 1:35 scale is a set of plastic figures of German labor service members from MiniArt.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of injection-molded plastic figures in 1:35 scale captures German labor service (RAD) men at work. It is not a vehicle model but a set of figures with which you bring a military diorama to life or complete a vehicle model in the matching scale. The figures are in working poses and will populate a camp, a construction site or a rear-area scene.
The Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD), the Reich Labor Service, was an organization deployed on construction and support work. Its members wore distinctive uniforms and working equipment that differed from those of combat units. The set captures their characteristic appearance and suits rear-area scenes.
Separate the parts carefully from the sprues, clean up the parting lines and glue them with a modeling cement or super glue. Paint the uniforms and the skin with acrylics; a final wash and light drybrushing will bring out the folds and the details. Working from darker bases toward lighter tones gives the figures depth.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
