An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Lanz Bulldog D8506 tractor of 1937 in 1:35 scale. The set is richly broken down; it contains photo-etched metal parts, clear elements and a decal sheet for several options, completed with a cart and transport crates.
The Lanz Bulldog was among the most widespread European tractors of its day. It was powered by a single-cylinder hot-bulb engine, famous for its characteristic sound and its modest demands on fuel. The sturdy machines served in agriculture as well as for towing tasks and a number of them were also used during the Second World War. For a modeler the Lanz Bulldog is a rewarding subject for civilian as well as military dioramas with farm and rear-area equipment.
Finish and paint the detailed engine and interior before closing the covers up; the doors can be built open. Fix the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Suggest the wear with a wash and pigments, or with fine chipping of the paint for the effect of a scuffed finish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
