K-52 Trailer w/Power Unit PE-95 is an injection-molded plastic kit of the American trailer with a generator unit in 1:35 scale from MiniArt.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the American single-axle K-52 trailer with a loaded PE-95 generator unit in 1:35 scale. The package from MiniArt offers richly broken-down parts, photo-etched metal for fine detail and decals. The model is an ideal accessory for dioramas with a field support area, workshops or radio stations.
The trailers of the K-52 family (of the Ben Hur type) were among the most widespread American towed vehicles of the Second World War and were used in many roles. The loaded PE-95 unit was a field generator with a gasoline engine that supplied electricity to radio stations, workshops and command posts in the army, the air force and the navy.
With the number of fine parts and photo-etched pieces it pays to work in subassemblies and to glue the photo-etch with cyanoacrylate. To pick the machinery of the unit out, use washes and drybrushing; the trailer suits being set into a scene with other vehicles or figures. Apply the decals over a smooth gloss coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
