1:35 Merkava Mk.3 turret stowage basket w/working chains for HobbyBoss kit

Reskit Merkava Mk.3 turret stowage basket (1:35)

This detail accessory from Reskit represents the stowage basket of the Merkava Mk.3 tank turret in 1:35 scale. It is one of the most typical recognition features of the Israeli Merkava: an open wire frame around the turret in which the crew stow gear and supplies. The accurately rendered part replaces the simplified plastic part and gives the model the authentic look of equipment in the field. This is not a tank model but a detail accessory.

Use

• Carefully separate the parts from the casting blocks and clean off any mold release agent residue
• Dry fit the assembly onto the turret of the model according to the instructions
• Bond with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue)
• The open frame is rewarding for weathering, so use washes and pigments for dust and mud effects

Who the accessory is for

For modelers who are building the Merkava Mk.3 in 1:35 scale and want a faithful stowage basket instead of the coarser part from the kit. Working with the fine frame is better suited to more experienced builders.

This is a detail set, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
