A plastic kit of the German experimental surface-to-air guided missile Rheintochter in the R-3P version with its launch ramp, in 1:35 scale from Bronco. The plastic moldings are supplemented by a decal sheet and, depending on the release, photo-etched parts as well. The model will appeal to collectors of German experimental equipment of the Second World War.
The Rheintochter was one of the German surface-to-air guided missile projects developed toward the end of the Second World War. The R-3P version was the ground-launched variant fired from a launch ramp and was to serve for defense against bomber formations. The program stayed at the development stage and never reached series service.
Separate the tiny parts from the sprue gates carefully and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. Assemble the ramp and the body of the missile carefully according to the drawing. An airbrush and a primer suit the painting; weathering and wear effects are picked out with a fine wash and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
