A detailed plastic kit of the German heavy tank destroyer Jagdpanther in the late G2 version from RYE FIELD MODEL in 1:35 scale. The set is conceived as a model with full internal equipment and workable track links, so it allows the internal layout of the fighting compartment and the engine to be shown as well.
The Jagdpanther was one of the most effective German tank destroyers of the Second World War. It was created on the chassis of the Panther tank and carried a massive 8.8 cm anti-tank gun in a fixed superstructure. The late G2 version brought small production changes to the hull and the superstructure. The combination of strong armor protection and a hard-hitting gun made it a feared opponent.
Build a model with a full interior section by section and paint the interior before you close up the hull. Fit the workable tracks with a natural sag. For a convincing look, camouflage with an airbrush followed by washes and dust or mud pigments on the running gear works well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
