A 3D-printed resin main rotor head with a folded rotor for the SH-60B/F, HH-60H and MH-60R/S in 1:35 scale from Reskit. A rotor with the blades folded for the deck; it is not a helicopter model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detailed 3D-printed resin rotor set, not a helicopter model. The set replaces the main rotor of the shipborne Sea Hawk family (SH-60B, SH-60F, HH-60H, MH-60R, MH-60S) in 1:35 scale. It is the folded version: the blades are swept back toward the tail, as the machine stands parked on a ship's deck or in a hangar to save space. That is exactly the scene a folded rotor lets you render realistically. The opposite is the unfolded version with the blades in the flight position. It is made by Reskit of Ukraine.
Apply a primer, then the paint. Paint the head in a dark metallic tone and the blades according to the real machine, with warning stripes on the tips. A wash will bring out the mechanism and a dry brush will pick out the edges.
For modelers who are building the Sea Hawk in 1:35 scale, typically from Kitty Hawk or Academy, and want to display the machine parked with the rotor folded. Working with 3D-printed resin assumes experience.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package. Use a respirator and ventilate when sanding resin.
