Tellermine 43 1:35 is a resin, 3D-printed set of German antitank mines of the Second World War. The package offers a larger number of mines for finishing dioramas; it is not a vehicle kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from Firma49 faithfully reduces the German Tellermine 43 antitank mine to 1:35 scale. The package contains ten mines, so it is enough for a whole minefield or an engineer scene. It is a resin accessory made by SLA 3D printing, not a vehicle kit.
The Tellermine 43, sometimes designated Tellermine Pilz 43, was a simplified plate antitank mine introduced in 1943. The circular body with a mushroom-shaped pressure igniter in the middle held a strong charge meant to knock out the running gear of tanks. Thanks to its easier production it became one of the most widespread German antitank mines of the closing stage of the war.
Wash the uncured print resin residue off the parts, separate them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Dipping them in hot water makes the work easier without crumbling. Lay down a primer and then paint with ordinary paints. The weathering comes from washes and pigments, with which you imitate the dust and mud of the terrain.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
