Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Polish torpedo boat ORP Kaszub in 1:400 scale from the Polish manufacturer Mirage Hobby. It is a smaller ship model with solid surface detail; the box contains plastic parts, decals and instructions. The model captures the appearance of a small torpedo vessel of the Polish Navy of the interwar period.
ORP Kaszub was a torpedo boat of the Polish Navy. It was created by rebuilding an older torpedo boat of German construction from the First World War, which Poland acquired after the war ended. In Polish service it was used in the 1920s for training and patrol duty in the Baltic and was among the first combat vessels of the reborn Polish fleet. The subject therefore belongs to the beginnings of the building of the modern Polish Navy.
Glue the plastic with liquid cement and work in subassemblies. Clean the small parts with a file; the hull can be built as a whole on a stand. Apply a primer before painting and lay the paints down with an airbrush; separate the dark side from the lighter superstructures with masking. Bring out the panel lines with a fine line and enliven the sides with restrained salt water weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
