A Rafale C pilot at the ladder, 1:48 scale is a figure of a French airman in modern kit beside the cockpit of the machine.
Responsibility details are not available.
The figure captures an airman in modern kit in a position at the ladder beside the cockpit. The type 1 designation refers to the first of the variants of the pose in this series. The set will bring a model standing on the apron to life and at the same time give the display case a comparative scale that the airframe alone lacks.
The Dassault Rafale C is the single-seat land-based version of the multirole machine with a delta wing and canard surfaces. It has served with the French Air Force since the beginning of this century and manages air combat, attack on ground targets and reconnaissance within a single flight. It is precisely this versatility that made it the backbone of the French Air Force and gradually opened a way to foreign customers as well, thanks to which it appears in ever more varied color schemes.
A modern flying suit tends to be in a muted gray green, with a darker harness and a helmet with a pronounced surface to go with it. The procedure is simple: an opaque base, a glaze into the folds, lightened edges. With the helmet it pays to use a glossier overcoat, which separates it from the matte cloth. Paint the small items on the chest at the very end, when the rest of the figure is already done.
The set does not contain the Rafale itself.
