The second variant of the figure group for the MHU-83 B/E loader brings a different arrangement of the figures from scene 1. In this series the designation scene 2 is used for a different phase of work with the load, so both packages can be placed side by side to create a more continuous action. The set is reckoned for a model of the truck and for the equipment under the wing.
Loading munitions is an operation coordinated in time. The driver works the lift from his seat, the loaders check the mounts and the angle of the load, and another member of the team watches the clearance from the airframe. It is from these small gestures that a diorama gains the impression of movement which static equipment on its own cannot give. For a modeler it is a rewarding subject also because the whole scene holds together on a small area and fits an ordinary display case.
Paint the figures before the final fitting into the scene, because you will then reach the details far more easily. A darker base proves itself, over it the covering shade of the clothing and finally lightened edges. Apply the reflective elements in a clean, undirtied shade so that they keep their brightness. A light wash in the folds will give the fabric depth. Set the metal parts of the tools and the frame apart with a cooler tone, so they do not resemble textile.
The truck and the aircraft themselves are separate items outside this set.
