Resin beaching trolley Romeo Ro.43/44 1:48 (CMK)

The set represents a beaching trolley, that is the wheeled dolly on which a floatplane was hauled out of the water onto the shore and moved about on land. It is a small but striking accessory cast in quality resin, and it serves very well as the basis of a small diorama with the Italian Romeo Ro.43 or Ro.44 seaplane.

Material and building

  • The set is cast in resin; first wash the parts free of mold release agent.
  • Cut off the casting blocks and sand the cut faces smooth (protect your airways while doing so).
  • Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
  • Once assembled, prime the trolley and weather it according to reference.
