1:48 Siebel Si-204D OK-BZQ

Omask 1:48 Siebel Si-204D (OK-BZQ)

A set of self-adhesive masking films for the airbrush with which you spray the registration OK-BZQ and the matching markings of a particular machine. Sprayed markings merge with the paint and no glossy film forms as it does with decals. The masks are cut to fit the plastic Si 204D kit in 1:48 scale.

The real subject

The Siebel Si 204 was a German twin-engine light transport and training aircraft that was also built during the war in factories in Bohemia and Moravia. After the war a Czechoslovak-built aircraft grew out of this type and a number of machines flew in civil service under OK registrations.

Use

• Transfer the masks onto a dry base coat where the registration and the markings go.
• Press the edges down carefully against paint creeping underneath.
• Spray the paint in thin coats.
• Once it has flashed off, remove the mask carefully.

Who it is for

• Modelers who want a sprayed registration instead of decals
• Builders of twin-engine aircraft in 1:48 scale
• Anyone interested in clean markings with no glossy film

This is a modeling accessory (masking film), not a kit. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
