1:48 Su-25 Frogfoot LIGHT Digital (Pixel) (best suitable for the plane number “blue 19”) Ukrainian Air Forces (Pre-cut painting masks )

Su-25 Frogfoot painting masks - light digital scheme (1:48, Reskit)

This is a set of pre-cut painting masks in 1:48 scale from the Ukrainian maker Reskit. The masks serve for airbrush painting the light variant of the digital (pixel) camouflage scheme of the Ukrainian Air Force onto a Su-25 model. According to the title they are optimized for the machine with the tactical number blue 19.

The real subject

The Sukhoi Su-25 (NATO reporting name Frogfoot) is a single-seat subsonic attack aircraft for close support of ground forces, with an armored cockpit and two engines. Digital (pixel) camouflage appeared on Ukrainian machines as a present-day scheme with a light and a dark variant.

Use

• lay the mask on exactly according to the panels and the breakdown of the fuselage
• airbrush in layers of shades, working from the lighter ones to the darker
• the masks secure the sharp edges of the pixel pattern that are hard to achieve with a brush
• once dry, lift the mask off carefully and even out the surface with a final clear coat

Who the masks are for

For modelers who want to paint a faithful digital camouflage on a Su-25 in 1:48 with clean transitions, and who prefer painting to applying a decal.

This is a set of painting masks, not an aircraft model. The model and the paints are not included in the package.
