This is not an airplane model but a detail accessory from the Czech manufacturer CMK. The set in 1:72 scale offers resin control surfaces for a model of the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet that make it possible to show the flaps, slats and other moving surfaces deflected, as is usual on a parked aircraft.
It replaces the fixed cast surfaces of the base kit and lets them be set in a realistic position. That enlivens the silhouette of the model and brings it closer to a real aircraft on the deck or on the apron.
The corresponding places on the wings and tail surfaces usually have to be cut out according to the instructions. Wash the mold release agent off the resin, separate it from the casting blocks and glue with super glue. Take care over the correct angle of deflection.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package.
