Color three-dimensional cockpit interior parts for the Hawker Sea Fury FB.11 in 1:72 scale, prepared for the kit from Trumpeter.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Hawker Sea Fury was a single-seat carrier fighter of the British Fleet Air Arm and one of the last piston fighters in its inventory. The FB.11 version served as a fighter-bomber, that is a machine able to carry armament against ground targets as well. The pilot's cockpit is clearly visible on a model through the sliding canopy, so detailed work on the interior pays off.
A sheet of color three-dimensional cockpit parts in 1:72 scale. These are usually the instrument panel, the side walls and the consoles, and possibly the seat belts. The relief is raised, so the dials, levers and switches have real depth and once applied they do not read as a flat print.
The surface must be smooth, dry and degreased. Sand away beforehand, carefully, any kit detail that would stop a part from lying flat. Transfer the parts with tweezers and press them down with a soft stick from the center to the edges, so that no air is left under them.
The method of application differs between the individual sets, so follow the manufacturer's instructions before you start. They give how the parts are released from the carrier layer and what holds them on the part.
Only the sheet with the interior parts is supplied. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
