Color relief interior elements for a model of the He-177A-5 heavy bomber in 1:72 scale. The set is prepared for the kit from Revell.
Responsibility details are not available.
The He-177A-5 was a German heavy bomber of the Second World War. It is characterized by an extensively glazed nose, which makes the pilot's compartment and the crew stations a prominent part of the silhouette. On a model that means you can see well into the cockpit once it is built, and an unfinished interior shows immediately.
The set brings color interior elements with raised relief in 1:72 scale, shaped to the parts of the kit from Revell. It targets the instrument panel, the side consoles and other surfaces of the pilot's compartment. The coloring is finished, so the painting of tiny dials and placards, which is hard to do in this scale, is avoided. The elements are laid directly onto the parts from the box, so the building sequence according to the instructions stays the same.
Before applying them, check in the instructions whether the elements are self-adhesive. The application procedure differs between the individual ranges and is given in the instructions enclosed with the set. Spray the interior with a base color first and let it dry completely. Then transfer the elements one by one with tweezers and settle them with a cotton bud so that they adhere in the corners of the panels and on the edges as well.
The set is for modelers who, on a large machine with a glazed nose, want legible cockpit equipment without lengthy work with a brush. The package contains interior elements only. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
