An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from PST. The model captures the experimental KV-122 heavy tank. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The KV-122 came about by joining the chassis of the KV series with the turret of the IS-2 tank armed with the massive 122 mm D-25 gun. It served mainly to prove the new weapon and its behavior in field conditions at the transition between the KV and IS series. It remained an experimental form.
First glue the running gear and the lower hull, and only then fit the turret. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement, treat the surface with a base coat and spray with an airbrush. Fine-tune the patina with washes and pigments for mud and dust effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
