Japanese paratroopers, WWII 1:72 is a set of plastic figures of the Imperial army for dioramas from the Pacific theater.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of unpainted plastic figures of Japanese paratroopers from the period of the Second World War in 1:72 scale. The figures are injection molded in polystyrene and serve to bring dioramas, battle scenes and collectors' display cases to life. It is not a kit of a vehicle, but an accessory figure set with soldiers in several combat poses.
During the Second World War the Japanese Imperial armed forces formed special airborne units that were committed to operations in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. The paratroopers were equipped with light infantry armament and often fought in the first waves of an attack. The figures capture the period uniforms, helmets and personal equipment typical of this duty.
Clean the flash off the small figures and glue them with plastic cement. We recommend a fine coat of primer and painting with acrylic paints; in a small scale it helps to pick out the detail with glazes and light dry brushing. The faces and the equipment will stand out after a thin wash.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
