O-max masking set Yak-1 (Jak-1) 1:72

This is a complete masking aid, not a part of a model. The set brings two solutions together in one package: precisely cut self-adhesive masks for the cockpit glazing and the panels of a model of the Soviet Yak-1 fighter in 1:72 scale, and soft foam (EVA) plugs for the wheel wells and the landing gear bays. During painting you therefore protect the transparent parts and the deep recesses of the bays at the same time.

Use

• Stick the cut masks onto the frames of the glazing and the pre-drawn panels, then spray the paint
• Press the foam plugs into the bays without using glue and take them out once sprayed
• The masks follow the shape of the parts and are easily taken off once finished, with no adhesive residue
• The foam plugs are flexible and reusable

Who the set is for

The set will be appreciated by modelers who want the masking of the glazing and of the landing gear bays together and who want to save time compared with sticking tape on by hand. The masks as well as the plugs are tailored to the geometry of the Zvezda Yak-1 kit in 1:72 scale.
