This accessory set from the Polish brand MASTER brings muzzle brakes for the German 10.5 cm leFH 18(M) and leFH 18/40 howitzers and for the StuH 42 assault howitzer. According to the manufacturer it is made of metal. The muzzle of the barrel is precisely the place where, in a small scale, a plastic molding gives its limits away most: the walls come out thick, the openings blanked off, and the mold parting line runs across the most visible surface.
During the Second World War the leFH 18 was the standard divisional howitzer of the German army. The version marked M was given a muzzle brake so that it could take a stronger charge and gain more range, and the leFH 18/40 combined that barrel with a lightened carriage. The same caliber also armed self-propelled artillery: the Sturmhaubitze 42 on the StuG III chassis and the howitzer carried by the Wespe.
Cut the original brake off with a fine saw, true the face of the barrel to a perpendicular plane and try the surface dry first, to see whether the part seats without play. It pays to degrease the metal surface before painting and go over it with a primer that grips well. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate), which you should apply in a tiny amount and preferably on the tip of a piece of wire.
This is an accessory to a model already bought; do not look for a finished vehicle or a barrel in the package.
