Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the 100 mm field howitzer of Skoda design in the version on DS wheels, in 1:72 scale from the Polish brand First to Fight. The package contains plastic parts and decals; the parts are cut from the sprues and glued together according to the instructions. The model suits a display piece on its own as well as an addition to a diorama.
The 100 mm model 14/19 howitzer grew out of the proven Skoda design of the First World War period and in the interwar years formed the backbone of the Polish army's field artillery. The version on DS wheels had a modified running gear allowing faster motorized towing behind a prime mover. The howitzer saw action in the defensive fighting of 1939.
Cut the small parts of the carriage and the barrel off with a sharp knife and glue them with thin plastic cement. Spray the model with an airbrush over a primer, and bring out the gun with a wash into the recesses and light dry-brushing. It looks well on a base and with crew figures (not included).
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
