Vallejo Mecha Color Gloss Varnish

The gloss protective varnish from the Mecha Color range is a water-thinnable acrylic (acrylic-polyurethane) preparation intended to protect painted surfaces. It is not a covering paint but a clear finish that forms a firm, glossy and exceptionally durable film. It comes in a bottle with a volume of 17 ml with a dropper, is water-based, non-toxic and odorless. The range is developed for surfaces exposed to handling, so the varnish stands up well to rubbing, impact and scratching. The glossy surface is at the same time an ideal base under decals and under subsequent washes.

Use

• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
• It is applied with an airbrush and with a brush alike, in thin coats over perfectly dry paint.
• It creates a smooth glossy base for decals and for washes flowing into engraved lines.
• It is thinned and the tools are cleaned with water; it dries quickly.
