Paint rack expansion module (Meng)

An add-on module for the modular organizer for paint bottles. It is an accessory, not a rack in its own right: it attaches to the base set of the same system and extends it by further places. If you do not have the base set yet, get it at the same time, otherwise the module will have nothing to attach to. The designation acrylic in the original name refers to the clear plastic the rack is made of, not to the type of paint.

• Extending an existing assembly by further places for bottles
• Buying more step by step as a paint collection grows
• Separating paints by range or type into distinct parts of the assembly
• Adding a second station by the airbrush without having to buy a whole rack again

What to think about before buying

First check that you have the base set from the same system - modules from different manufacturers and different generations cannot be joined to one another. Also check the diameter and height of your own bottles, because modeling paints are sold in several formats. The clear acrylic plastic is strong but stands organic solvents less well: wipe spilled thinner or airbrush cleaner off quickly and for cleaning make do with a damp cloth. Build the assembly on a flat surface and rather lean taller assemblies against a wall.

Who it is for

For modelers who already use the modular paint rack and are starting to run out of room. Buying the module on its own without the base set does not make sense.

This is not a paint and not a kit. The base set of the rack and the paint bottles are not included in the package.
