Aqueous Black Surfacer 1000

Gunze Aqueous Black Surfacer 1000 – a black base

A water-thinnable black surfacer (primer) from Gunze of the grade matching the designation 1000. It combines the preparation of the surface with a dark base: in one step it fills fine scratches, unifies the surface and at the same time creates a black color layer. A dark base suits metallic and dark paints, preshading and work with shadows. Compared with classic solvent-based primers it has a lower odor.

Use

• Apply it as a dark base before painting, especially under metallic and dark shades.
• Use it for preshading (the dark base shows through in shadows and folds).
• It can be applied with a brush as well as an airbrush.
• For the airbrush thin it as needed with water or a thinner for water-thinnable paints.

Who it is for

For modelers who want to prepare the surface and gain a black base under metallic or dark paints in one step, or for shading and preshading techniques.

Keep out of the reach of children. Work in a well-ventilated space and follow the instructions on the packaging.
