Gundam Marker Real Touch Gray 1

A marker pen for bringing out detail from the Real Touch line of the Japanese manufacturer Gunze (GSI Creos, the Mr.Hobby range). It serves to create realistic shadows, streaks and suggestions of dirtying quickly. The light gray shade suits shading and bringing out details on lighter areas. According to the manufacturer the paint is water-based.

Use

• suggesting shadows and depth in recesses and joints
• light streaks and traces of dirtying on surfaces
• bringing out panel lines and edges
• once applied, the stroke can be blended and softened for a smooth transition

Tips

Apply the paint into a recess or with a stroke across a surface and then blend it, best of all with the blending pen of this line, before it dries. The effect is thus unified and looks natural. It is recommended to work on a matte clear coat, so that the paint holds better and can be controlled.
