The Gundam Marker is a modeling marker with paint intended for finishing plastic models, above all kits of the Gundam range. The paint is applied straight from the tip, so thinning, a brush and cleaning a gun all fall away. For fine work on a finished model it is the quickest way to get paint exactly where it belongs and nowhere else.
This version is gold. It comes into its own on parts that are meant to look on a model like metal ornament or like a glossy gold surface: on small weapon accessories, on frames, on the edges of panels and on details you want to set apart from the base color. Gold shows to best effect on a dark undercoat; over a light color, count on higher consumption.
Before first use, shake the marker and press the tip carefully a few times on a piece of scrap plastic until the paint reaches the point; follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging while doing so. Apply the paint in thin coats and let it dry between them, or the previous coat dissolves and the shade smears. The paint can also be transferred from the tip onto a palette and picked up with a brush, which suits really small areas. Close the marker immediately after use so that the tip does not dry out. Choose the thinner and the cleaner not out of habit but according to the manufacturer's instructions for this range.
One marker is supplied. A model, a kit and other tools are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
