The paint set IONIC-0467 Mecha Mobile Suit IRON BLOODED, put together according to the selection that the name credits to Dong Wook Shin.
Responsibility details are not available.
The item IONIC-0467 is a paint set from the IONIC range and its name points to the subject of combat robots, that is to models of the mecha and mobile suit kind. The name also states that the selection of shades carries the name Dong Wook Shin, so this is not a random composition but a palette signed by a particular painter. Which shades are in the set and how many there are is given on the packaging and in the enclosed instructions.
Robot subjects rest on large smooth areas of armor, between which joints, hoses and technical innards hide. That is exactly where it helps to have a palette that keeps a uniform character: one main tone for the large parts, a second for the supporting panels and the rest for bringing out details, so that the machine does not fall apart into a set of unrelated patches of color. On large areas it pays to apply the paint with an airbrush or a soft wide brush, so that no brush marks are left.
Stir the contents of the bottle thoroughly before use. Apply the paint in thin coats and let them dry out; on large areas a heavy coat shows unevenness more than on a small part. Use the thinner intended for this range and follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging for the thinning ratio and the cleaning of the tools.
A paint set is offered. The model, thinner, brushes and an airbrush are not included, unless stated otherwise.
