Matt Varnish 100 ml from AK Interactive is a finishing matte varnish that evens the gloss of a whole model out and flattens the areas after decals and after weathering.

A matte modeling varnish in a bottle with a volume of 100 ml. It belongs to the third generation acrylic range, so it is thinned with water or with the thinner of the same range and is applied with a brush as well as an airbrush. It is not a paint and not a weathering product: it does not change the shade underneath, it only takes the gloss off it and seals the surface.
Apply several thin coats instead of one heavy one. A heavy coat of matte varnish tends to blush and to clog fine detail, especially on dark surfaces. Shake the bottle thoroughly before every use, as the flattening agent settles to the bottom and an unshaken varnish gives an unexpectedly glossy coat. Spray in the warm and in the dry, as humid air causes matte varnishes the most trouble. Apply pigments rather onto an already flattened surface, as varnish over them takes their velvety look away.
For modelers of aircraft, vehicles and figures who finish several models a season and will appreciate a larger package than the usual seventeen milliliter bottles. The 100 ml volume suits an airbrush, where more varnish is used than in brushwork.
Keep out of the reach of children, work in a ventilated room and use a respirator when spraying. The manufacturer states the recommended thinner, the thinning ratio and the drying time on the label.
