Mr. Base White 1000 - základ bílý 40ml

Mr. Base White 1000, white primer 40 ml (Gunze)

Mr. Base White 1000 is a white filling base (base or surfacer) from Gunze (Mr. Hobby) in a package of 40 ml. It is a lacquer base with a fineness of 1000 grit which, thanks to its opaque pigments, covers a dark base perfectly and prepares the surface for light and bright colors. At the same time it works as a surfacer, so it fills and levels small surface flaws.

Use

• Stir the contents thoroughly before use, as the base has a thicker, creamy consistency
• Thanks to the fine 1000 grit you can apply it with an airbrush as well as a brush (fine brushes are suitable)
• If needed, thin it with lacquer thinner (Mr. Color Thinner, for example); that also cleans the tools
• A white base increases the depth and coverage of the following light colors (white, yellow, red)
• Let it dry properly and sand any small flaws once it is dry

Who it is for

For modelers who need a dependable white base under light shades and at the same time want to fill fine imperfections in the surface. Suitable for more advanced builders and for careful beginners.

A lacquer base is flammable and releases vapors, so work in a well-ventilated area, do not inhale the vapors or the atomized mist (a respirator) and protect your eyes and skin. Keep out of the reach of children and away from sources of ignition.
