About product

Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 Black - 170 ml spray

Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 in black is a fine filler primer (surfacer) from Gunze (GSI Creos / Mr. Hobby) on a lacquer base. This 170 ml version is an aerosol spray ready to apply directly, with no thinning and no airbrush needed. It evens out the surface, fills fine scratches and forms a black key coat under the paint. The number 1500 denotes the fineness of the grain, making it a very fine, finishing surfacer.

Use

  • Spray in thin coats onto a clean, degreased surface from a reasonable distance
  • A black base helps with coverage and with work in dark or metallic shades
  • A lacquer primer holds well on plastic and resin and dries quickly
  • Work in a well-ventilated area

Who it is for

For modelers who want to prepare the surface of a model quickly and well before painting, without an airbrush.

A flammable aerosol. Keep out of the reach of children. Use in a well-ventilated area.
