Spring Embankment with Dry Turf Tufts

The Spring Embankment with Dry Turf Tufts is a hand-made grass foliage mat from the premium line of the Czech manufacturer Model Scene. In its central part it has real soil worked in, so it faithfully captures the transition between lush spring greenery and a dry area with no growth. The sheet has a soft, flexible backing about 18 by 28 cm.

Use

• Ideal for the edges of railway embankments and everywhere a transition from dense vegetation to bare ground is needed.
• The foliage mat can be torn in half to give two identical parts with an edge of dense growth passing into a soil base.
• Use it also at the edges of tracks and roads and at the transition to industrial areas.
• Combine it with other foliage mats and turf tufts for a smooth join.

Who it is for

For modelers of dioramas and model railways who want a realistic transition between greenery, dry tufts and bare soil.

This is a scenic material, not a model kit. Glue is not included in the package.
