A patina wash from the Czech maker Agama in the WS line, solvent-based and thinned with mineral spirits. This ready liquid patina flows into recesses, panel lines and around rivets, where it creates strong shadows and deepens detail to the eye. The dark gray shade is a general-purpose choice for vehicles, ships and aircraft alike, especially on gray and metal surfaces where the contrast is to be more marked.
For modelers who want to emphasize the surface detail strongly and give a model depth. Suited to military vehicles, ships and aircraft in darker schemes.
