A package of twelve smaller pipettes with a volume of one milliliter for measuring paints and thinners. Suited to mixing shades and filling an airbrush cup.

Pipettes are one of those small pieces of equipment used constantly in a modeling workshop. You use them to draw paint from a bottle, transfer it to a palette or an airbrush cup, and measure thinner into it. Drop-by-drop dosing is especially useful when mixing shades, where you need to repeat a component ratio a second time, and when topping up a small amount of paint so you do not have to pour out the whole bottle.
The package contains twelve smaller pipettes with a volume of one milliliter. This volume matches typical modeling doses, where you work with anywhere from a few drops to a few milliliters of liquid. The quantity is meant so that a separate pipette is used for each shade and for the thinner.
Set aside a separate pipette for each paint and another for thinner, so the shades do not cross-contaminate. Draw the liquid up slowly and only as much as you need. Rinse the pipette with the thinner the manufacturer states for that paint right after use, and let it air-dry; dried paint is hard to remove from the narrow tube. If a pipette cannot be cleaned, discard it, since contaminated liquid can spoil an entire mixed batch.
The set suits anyone who mixes paints by ratio, sprays with an airbrush, or needs to precisely dose small amounts of liquid. Paints, thinner and other equipment are not included in the delivery unless stated otherwise.
