Use

• Levelling mold seams on fuselages, cowlings and hulls after the parts have been glued.
• Cleaning up the remains of sprue gates after a part has been clipped off the runner.
• Flattening cured filler before going over it with a finer grit.
• Work on flat and gently curved surfaces, where the compliant stick follows the shape.
• Sanding dry or with water; clean the dust off the surface after each step, otherwise the coarser grit is carried into the finer one.
