This resin detail set from the Czech maker Aires replaces the exhaust nozzles on a model of the Grumman F-14D Tomcat carrier-based fighter in 1:72 scale. The VARIED version means nozzles rendered at different degrees of opening, which looks natural on a parked aircraft. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory.
The exhaust nozzles are among the most exposed places on the tail end. The castings bring a faithful inner and outer structure of the petals that plastic parts simplify in this scale.
Wash the parts free of the mold release agent, separate them from the casting blocks with a cut and glue them with cyanoacrylate. The inside of the nozzles is worth rendering in metallic shades with heat discoloration, and a wash will bring out the detail. Check how they follow on to the rear fuselage before you glue them in.
This is a modeling resin accessory, not a complete model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
