Evolution Miniatures 1:35 German Tank Crew, Kharkov 1943 is a resin set of four figures of a German tank crew for dioramas.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set of four figures in 1:35 scale from Evolution Miniatures. It depicts a German tank crew in the Kharkov area in 1943. The castings are supplied unassembled and unpainted and are meant to be set beside a model of an armored vehicle or in a diorama.
The fighting for Kharkov was among the significant engagements on the Eastern Front in 1943. The set captures, factually, a four-man tank crew in period uniforms; the poses are designed so that some of the figures can be placed in the turret and against the hull of a tank. The rendering of the gear draws on historical references.
Wash the mold release agent off the castings, cut the casting blocks off and test fit them. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue, and sand with respiratory protection. With a crew it pays to set the figures dry against the particular tank model first, so that the poses follow on from one another.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted as resin castings. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
