A collector model of a military ground vehicle from Hobby Master under the manufacturer's part number HG1401. It arrives finished, with a factory finish and markings, and nothing has to be bought to display it.
Responsibility details are not available.
The item HG1401 belongs to the range of finished models of military ground vehicles from Hobby Master. The fundamental difference from a plastic kit is that the building falls away here: the model is assembled, painted and marked already at the factory. You need no glue, filler, abrasive paper or airbrush.
The load-bearing parts of the model are metal, which shows in the weight the moment you first pick it up. Thinner and more broken-up features are supplied in plastic, which holds its shape better than a metal casting. The finish and the markings are laid down by the manufacturer in the factory, so the surface is finished and any further spraying would rather do it harm.
Pick the model up by the body and avoid pulling on the thin parts, which tend to be the most vulnerable. Brush settled dust away with a soft brush, and forget about wet cleaning and solvents; a factory finish does not tolerate them. In a display case out of direct sunlight the colors will last unchanged for a long time.
Finished models are chosen by collectors who want a display case full of vehicles but do not want to spend evenings at the modeling table, and equally by modelers collecting machines for comparison and as a reference. The package holds the model on its own; do not look in it for paints, glue or a display case, unless stated otherwise.
