1:72 Sd. Kfz.234/4 "Pakwagen" Fall of Reich, Battle for Berlin, May 1945 (unknown unit)

What you are buying

The item HG4303 is a finished collector model of a military ground vehicle from Hobby Master. The manufacturer supplies it assembled, painted and with markings, so it is not a kit and nothing has to be worked out or bought to display it.

Workmanship and material

The model combines metal and plastic parts. The metal carries the mass and the main shapes, the plastic takes care of the finer features that would come out coarse in metal. The painting and the markings are laid down by machine in the factory and represent the final treatment of the surface.

• the manufacturer's part number HG4303
• a finished model, not a kit
• metal main shapes, fine plastic parts
• a factory finish and printed markings
• suited to a collection and to display on a shelf

In a collection and in a diorama

Finished models are most often lined up side by side in a display case, but they will also serve as the centerpiece of a simple setting around which you build terrain and figures. The model stays undamaged in the process, because all it takes is standing it on a base. Terrain, figures and a base are not part of the delivery.

Care and handling

Pick the model up by the body, not by thin projecting parts. Brush dust away dry with a soft brush, or use a gentle stream of air. Solvents, alcohol and cleaning agents attack both the factory finish and the printing, so avoid them. In a display case out of direct sunlight the model will keep its color for many years. The package holds the model on its own; paints, glue and a display case are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
