The British Commandos were a special landing and assault infantry formed during the Second World War. During the Normandy landings on June 6, 1944, Commando units took part in amphibious operations on the Normandy coast. The bust captures the typical period gear and uniform of the soldier, including the distinctive headgear.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut away the casting blocks and dry-fit them. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and wear respiratory protection while sanding. Acrylics, oils or enamels suit figure painting; the face and the fabrics benefit from gradual shading and highlighting.
It is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
