Mirage Hobby sanding sponge 600 grit (6 pcs)

This is a modeling abrasive aid, a set of flexible sponges in 600 grit. It is the coarsest grit in this range, suitable for faster removal of material, for leveling more pronounced parting seams and for cleaning up the marks left by sprue gates. The foam base follows the shape of the surface and copes with busy places too.

Use

  • Use them dry, or soaked for finer sanding (wet and dry).
  • Sand the more pronounced seams and irregularities down, then move on to a finer grit.
  • Do not press hard, the sponge does the work itself.
  • Rinse the sponge after use and let it dry.

For modelers doing coarser cleaning up of parts and quick leveling of the surface.

This is an abrasive aid. When sanding dry, respiratory protection is recommended.
