This is a paint set from the IONIC range and, within it, from the Real Heavy Metal sub-range. The word Set is in the name itself, so you are not buying one bottle but a package built around the shade Royal Blue. How many containers are in it and what volume they have is stated by the manufacturer on the packaging.
Royal blue is a saturated, darker blue with a slight violet cast, that is the register between sky blue and a deep navy. It suits the uniforms and cloaks of figures, banners, shields and coats of arms, upholstery in the interior of a diorama and the painted surfaces of vehicles where the color is to look ceremonial. As a saturated base it carries a lighter blue highlight on edges and folds well.
Stir the container properly before picking the paint up, as pigment settles at the bottom in modeling paints. The thinner intended for this range and the thinning ratio are stated by the manufacturer and those instructions take precedence, because a thinner from another range may curdle the paint. Apply in thin coats and let the surface dry between them, otherwise the engraving is flooded and the texture of the cloth is lost. On large areas run the strokes in one direction, so that no noticeable edges of dried strokes arise. Flush the brush right after work, as blue pigments wash out of bristles badly and will tint the light shade applied next time.
