Responsibility details are not available.
Mr.Color Spray S039 from Gunze is a matte lacquer aerosol with a volume of 40 ml in the yellow sand shade known as Dunkelgelb. It is the spray version of the Mr.Color paints, a ready coat without an airbrush and without thinning. Note: it is a lacquer, not an acrylic paint - the solvent can attack sensitive plastic.
Dunkelgelb is the key base color of German armored hardware from 1943. From that year Panzers, Tigers and Panthers received a uniform yellow sand base in the factory, over which units only applied camouflage in the field - green and red-brown patches. Anyone building a German tank of the later phase of the war needs this color as the starting coat. The matte (Flat) form matches real, non-glossy painted hardware and makes an ideal surface under weathering (dust, mud, washes and pigments hold better on matte).
For modelers building German armored hardware of 1943 to 1945 who want the correct yellow sand base under camouflage and weathering, laid down quickly without an airbrush.
A lacquer spray. Flammable; it irritates the airways. Use in a well-ventilated area or outdoors, with a respirator and away from open flame.
