Mirage Hobby sanding sponge 3000 grit (6 pcs)

This is a modeling sanding aid, a set of flexible sponges with a very fine 3000 grit. Thanks to the foam base, the sponge adapts to the shape of the surface and suits curved and broken-up areas alike. The 3000 grit is one of the very fine ones and serves for the final polishing before varnishing or between coats.

Use

  • Use it dry, or wetted for a finer cut (wet and dry).
  • Refine the surface with light strokes; do not press hard.
  • Suitable for smoothing varnish, leveling small irregularities and preparing for the next coat.
  • Rinse the sponge after use and let it dry.
