Aircraft technician figures in 1:32 scale, set number 1-2 are 3D printed figures from Temp Models. They capture the ground personnel, not the flight crew.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set brings 3D printed figures of aircraft technicians in 1:32 scale from Temp Models. It captures the ground personnel at work on the apron, that is the people who prepare, check and replenish an aircraft. It is not a model of an aircraft but the crew to go with one.
The work of technicians on the apron has its rhythm and its stances: one bends down to the landing gear, another stands at an open panel with the paperwork, a third hands over a tool. Technicians do not wear flight equipment but working clothes and hearing protection, and they have tools or equipment with them. It is precisely these working poses that turn a model on a base into a scene, because they show what is happening with the aircraft at that moment.
The parts are printed from resin and are held only by thin supports. Cut them off with a sharp scalpel as close to the part as possible, sand the marks down with fine sandpaper and protect your airways while sanding. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint holds longer on a smooth print if you lay a thin coat of primer under it. Paint the figures in layers from the base tone toward the light edges, and leave the face and the hands for last.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the model aircraft are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
